Dambar Krishna Shrestha

Dambar Krishna Shrestha has been in the field of journalism for 13 years and currently works as a special correspondent for Himal Khabarpatrika. Winner of several journalism awards and topper of the Centre for Investigative Journalism Pathshala in 2006, Shrestha's interests are photography and traveling. His pictures have been published in Marg from Norway. He has also exhibited his pictures at the Nepalese Lifestyle, Culture and Conflict exhibition held in Hong Kong in 2004. Although he does not identify as a fulltime photographer, Shrestha's works reflect a strong sense of research and story-telling, perhaps attributes borrowed from his powerful writing skills.
